Mister CRN was established in 2018 when Lighthouse Assistance inc. divested itself of the design review activities to Mister CRN Consulting Inc. Lighthouse Assistance began that service in the year 2000. At that time Mr. Miller West, having established ACI Central as a non profit organization whose members are the Chief inspectors of the four Atlantic provinces and the three territories, turned his attention to assisting manufacturers through the design registration process. Prior to that Mr. West served for 20 years as the chief boiler and pressure vessel inspector for the province of Prince Edward Island where he gained much insight in the regulatory process and a sound knowledge in the CSA and ASME codes and their application through the pressure containment laws and regulations of each jurisdiction.
